About Tony Malley
Tony Malley, a native of Beaumont, Texas, is the founder and owner of Malley Law Firm, PLLC. Mr. Malley received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and his law degree from South Texas College of Law. He began practicing law and trying cases at the age of twenty-six. By the time he was twenty-eight, he became a partner in a law firm stacked with trial lawyer partners twenty years his senior. At the age of thirty, he secured the largest verdict ever in an East Texas county for a personal injury case involving a truck accident. At thirty-two, the Texas Board of Legal Specialization certified Mr. Malley in Personal Injury Trial Law, a feat accomplished by only 7 attorneys under the age of thirty-five out of over 80,000 attorneys in Texas. In addition, the Texas Board of Trial Advocacy has certified Mr. Malley in Civil Trial Law.
With no fear of the courthouse, Mr. Malley has gained a respectable reputation amongst his peers and clients alike.
